Projects

The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is moving forward with improvements to the West Baltimore MARC Station. Currently, we are expanding and enhancing the parking area, which includes a landscaping and public art project designed in collaboration with community stakeholders. The next step will be making improvements to the station and platform areas—specifically upgrades that will improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The current projects in design, final design, or construction are as following:
